This Bee Venom helps with joint pain, stiffness

I've been on this just over a week in addition to the Joint Care Ultra caps & this combination seems to be helping. I am taking 1 Bee Venom Cap with 2 caps of Joint care AM, then I repeat PM. I double dose because my hip injury & knees are chronic, the pain is +10 & it keeps me up at night. Last few nights I have been sleeping without the pain waking me up & get out of bed without as much stiffness. It is a task to find something that works with so many supplements on the market. I would encourage anyone with pain & joint issues, inflammation to try this combination. I will give an update in a few months because I've had 5 Osteo Surgeons wanting to do the brutal joint replacement which I refuse to so under any circumstances. My hip is bone on bone all the way across, & the bursa stays inflammed. This Bee Venom in particular seems to address the inflammation, & Im sure the Joint Care Ultra is helping as well.
