Best iron supplement that works

I suffer from heavy periods.
Since taking Deep blue heam iron, they are much more manageable.
Easy to take. No sorry tummy. And they really do work.

Excellent Source of Haem Iron

I have Pernacious Anaemia & Hashimotos. I
'm onto my fourth week of taking 120mg elemental iron - 2x 3caps (spaced out 3hrs for a total of 6caps) every 3 days. The caps easily slide down the throat, they do not cause any stomach upset, irritability or constipation. The first 2wks I was very flushed and I was craving mint ice cream (Lactoferrin helps with iron absorption). 3rd & 4th weeks - My energy has slightly increased and I am able to go for morning walks again. My hair is starting to grow back especially around my bald spot, and the quality is much much softer. The end of my eyebrows are starting to grow too. The effects are very noticeable, it's like a small recharge to my system. I will be on this product for the next 2-5yrs to heal Pernacious Anaemia. I'm so relieved to find a homegrown product in my backyard that is affordable and of such high quality. Easily beats all forms of prescription iron.
